BUDGET EMULSION PAINT

Abay Budget Emulsion Paint, Vinyl Emulsion binder based is low cost interior /
exterior decorative and protective emulsion paint based on VAM copolymer resin.
As it is water-based, it can easily be applied to almost any smooth surface. As
it is matt, it will also provide a flat, non-reflective finish which is ideal
for masking any existing surface imperfections.

SAFETYFEATURES

•Store in well ambient conditions, ventilated locations & away from sources
of ignition & fire.

•Keep it away from children and eatables.

•Do not swallow. If swallwoed, get medical attention immediately.

•In case of contact with eye or skin, wash immediately with water and seek
medical help.

•Wear suitable masks to avoid inhaling.

•Do not spill the paint in drain or in water bodies.

•No added Lead, Mercury or Chromium compounds.

THEORETICAL COVERAGE

Approximately
5 – 8m² ril per Litre depending on nature of surface and application
method employed in 3 coat application.

SURFACE
PREPARATION

All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry & free from contamination. Oil
& grease should be removed properly. Before application of this paint, the
surface should be prepared as follows: Remove all loose dust etc. with wire
brush, scrapping and sweeping. Wash oil & grease if any with soap water and
dry the surface.

APPLICATIONBY :-Brush,Roller

•Recommended to apply three coat on new surface. • Mix the paint well by suitable
stirrer before use.

SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS

•New Primed substrate.

•Dry and cleaned primed concrete, Cement render and Gypsum board.

•Abrading is recommended before and between applications.

•Dirt, dust and other surface contamination must be removed prior to application
of finishing coat

•Previously painted surface.

•Free from defective and poorly adhering paint film.

•Wash intact or remaining paint film with 3% caustic soda solution.

•Not recommended over glossy or solvent based paint type.

SYSTEMSPECIFICATION

Bare and repaired area should be spot primed prior to application.

PRECAUTIONS

•Stir well before use and do not over dilute.

•Strain the material through a fine sieve before use.

•Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying.

•Scrape off old paint thoroughly before painting starts.

•Gyro shake well after tinting through CB Machine.

•Do not apply paint on lime washed surfaces and damp wall.

 • For better performance, use the diluted
paint within 24 hrs.
